As you may know, the Farmers Market Flats has face some recent challenges which has delayed construction.

The City of Saint Paul and Sweeney Development continue to be committed to moving this project forward. We have welcomed a new partner to our development team—Frerichs Construction—which has a long history of constructing quality projects throughout the Twin Cities area. Over the next two months this development team will be finalizing plans to restart construction and  complete this remarkable one-of-a-kind-development which will include a year-round indoor Farmers Market, which will be an extension of the nation's oldest outdoor Farmers Market, run by the Saint Paul Growers Association.

While we are finalizing the way forward, we will not maintain a regular presence in the Sales Center. However, if you are interested in a showing, please contact our sales team at 651.442.8415.
