Sweeney Development

Sweeney Development LLC specializes in urban and mixed-use development and redevelopment. The firm works with cities, communities, private development companies, and investors to develop unique, high quality, mixed-use projects that contribute to the character, vitality, tradition and strength of the neighborhoods in which they are located.

In addition to serving as Saint Paul's Director of Planning and Economic Development from 1998-2002, Sweeney Development Principal Brian Sweeney recently developed several tough urban infill projects, most notably the redevelopment of Terra Springs, an 8-acre historic site on Main Street in downtown Stillwater, MN as well as Wakota on Fourth condominiums, South St. Paul.

Collaborative Design Group

Collaborative Design Group, Inc. is an award winning Architectural, Engineering, Interiors and Planning firm located in downtown Minneapolis.

Their projects include:

• The Aberdeen Condominiums are a six-story, 73,000 sf residential building. The site is located in the St. Paul Historic Hill Heritage Preservation District.
• One River View is an upscale condominium development in Lilydale of four-stories, and 89-units on cliffs overlooking the Mississippi River
• The Crossing is a mixed use development for Mendota Homes located on six acres adjacent to the Cannon River in Northfield.
• Midtown Exchange - The Collaborative Design Group was the lead development architect and structural engineer for the site, building shell and parking garage.
